Yeah i have watching this over the past few days.likely its a sheared TD.
There were weak outta season storms last season (2016) on the eastern pacific side.

Its likely a coloration exits with current OLR charts for the area.

It goes pretty much year round in the northern SIO. Mostly November to April, though. This "invest" looked like a tropical storm 2-3 days ago.

This invest is dead. Why this invest isn't archived?

My opinions are mine and SHOULD not be treated as an official source of information. PLEASE see National Hurricane Center, or any other meteorological agencies, for that matter. By the way, I was born and came from Indonesia, which is rarely hit by tropical cyclones, but regardless, I have LOTS of interest in meteorology.
