ARABIAN SEA: INVEST 91A
Let's see what this disturbance does in the next couple of days. I know the A is for Arabian Sea but is this located exactly at the Arabian Sea or in Southern Indian Ocean?

It's in the Arabian Sea, which is part of the Northern Indian Ocean.
