Are there any official discussions out on it yet? Looks like it has a ways to go to get organized, but there is some indication of circulation.

it is organized enough to be considered a tropical cyclone...is there any warnings out for this system from one of the many agencies in the south indian ocean?

CURRENTLY, THERE IS NO SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITY OVER THE DISTURBED. THE EMERGENCE OF A TROPICAL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM, WILL BE REGULARLY UPDATED THIS BULLETIN.
