95W looks slightly better with Convective Activity near the center. However, it needs to acquire some rotation and additional thunderstorm activity to really get going. I don't expect much from this at this time. But, we will see.

MJO signal is still about the shear is the current problem but no reason to write this off atm wespac is always full of surprises.
