I wish we had Recon tonight! I see that Dolly has definitely intensified and is stronger than only 45 mph!
Based on satellite imagery and the radar imagery from tropical 13 displays a storm of 65 mph in my opinion.
If only it had another 12 hours or so and I believe it could have become a hurricane. Just my opinion.

As always refer to the hurricane center for official information!

Dolly doesnt look dissapated to me...still looks healthy on satellite. ..my opinion only
