Your link originates in the east Pacific. Dont think it is 96L

Just press on the one that says storm96 and you will get the plots

Good one 78!
My browser defaulted to the UK MET model showing a track towards Papeete Bay!
Latest model shows 96l staying weak and sheared on a track outside the islands.
