Tokyo will hardly feel even the breeze.
System is heavily sheared. Nothing will be left in the system once it crossed Kyushu

Heavily sheared Once Super typhoon Vongfong inching close to Kyushu have been producing decent rainfall over Miyazaki and Kochi Prefecture

In Miyazaki prefectute 90% of rains came after 12 noon

Ebino - 195mm
Morotsuka - 186mm
Fukase - 164mm
Kunitomi - 142mm
Nojiri - 137mm
Nisshimera -130mm
Kushima - 118mm
Hinokage - 110mm
Miyakonojo - 89mm

In Kochi prefecture 90% of rains came after 6pm
Kubokawa - 172mm
Nakamura - 111mm
Sakawa - 101mm

Kaiyo - 80mm

After Okinawa which got brutal rains from Typhoon Vongfong now its the turn of Southern Kyushu peninsula of South Japan to receive brutal punch in terms of rainfall
