The U.S. Navy thought it has died, but JMA began to mention it as a low-pressure area.

LOW PRESSURE AREA 1010 HPA NEAR 07N 130E ALMOST STATIONARY.

Not sure if this same area will be renamed soon...but it just got some model support from CMC and NAVGEM...more GFS ensemble members showing development near the area as well, and I have yet to check the latest GFS run. I feel it will finally show a possible tropical cyclone formation east of PI.
