Based on radar presentation I wouldnt be surprised if we have a 65mph storm when recon gets there

Wouldn't be surprised if recon found a 40-45 kt tropical storm. The southeast quadrant is typically the strongest with storms in the Bay of Campeche, and we know the system is producing at least 35 knots in its southwest quadrant.

Not likely that high given the rain rates in those measurements.

The 59 knots has a rain rate of 45 mm...rain inflated big time!!! There was a 44 knot one that had a rain rate of 4 mm, so 45 knots looks more likely at the moment.

Guys...will you please ignore SFMR. Look at the flight level winds. They will give you better and more consistent data.
