As far as I can tell there hasn't been a take off yet from an AF flight. This is posted on top of all of the recon obs pages:

Due to the Federal Government shutdown, NOAA.gov and most associated web sites are unavailable. However, because the information this site provides is necessary to protect life and property, it will be updated and maintained during the Federal Government shutdown.

Nothing has been updated since obs 27 for Ingrid.

We keep waiting for the mission to get going or for a last minute cancellation. Nothing on both yet.

being the time of that recco and it being in the central gulf.. they are probably north of the channel and latitude of key west.. extrapolating. another recco should be coming up..
