It was on Mercer Ave. in the historic district. Tons of huge trees.

TWC just showed some people walking around New Bern in flood waters, they werent evacuating just walking around barefoot
full disclosure: i drove up 95 with a friend during frances, we made it as far as Palm Beach, i dont drive around in storms anymore as we were almost hit by a flying stop sign
