RGEM a hair weaker again but certainly looks like a depression. Lots of rain across the mid TX coast and SE TX. Looks like 3-5+ with one swath hooking inland north of the center into the hill country.

The 0z HWRF develops 95L into a tropical storm and it makes landfall on the middle Texas coast with a pressure of 1003mb fwiw.

I’d be very happy if that run came to fruition lol gives me 4” and I’m only 30 min away from the 6-8” zone lol sign me up

0z RGEM shows this thing developing right at landfall, and maintaining a tropical structure as far inland as El Paso.
