Observed pressure appears to be 958-959mb and still falling when this station went down.

I can use Schloemer with this! Using the JMA radar imagery for 21:00 JST/12Z (below), I estimated a center of 24.375ºN, 124.9ºE. RMW looks to be about 10 nm when using radar imagery. Using station coordinates and my center position with NHC's Latitude/Longitude Distance Calculator, I get a distance of 21 nm. Using this data, the 959 mb pressure at the time, and JTWC's OCI of 995 mb, I get an estimated pressure of 900.0 mb! Backtracking through KZC gives me 140 kt right on the nose.

>>> oci = 995
>>> l = 24.375
>>> c = 8
>>> r34 = 205
>>> p = 899.9767985716835
>>> KZCV(p, c, r34, l, oci)
