Obviously past its peak already as convection has warmed and the eye has lost organization on satellite imagery, most probably due to land interaction. Additionally, the system has entered an area of lower OHC.
Still a powerful system nonetheless.

At 18Z, the village of Kalingapatnam located in northernmost part of Andhra Pradesh reported sustained winds of 74kph and a sea-level pressure near 992mb.

Falling apart as it nears landfall. Quite a difference over the past 12 hrs. From possibly Cat 5 to a Cat 2.
