Clouds look ominous here in palm city but still no action. Has it reached you yet in PSL.
I just got a quick shot HEAVY downpour out ahead of the main band. It's coming.

I guess we could see the center finally get covered back up, but I’m now very doubtful Isaias will ever near its previous peak intensity again. It just took such a beating today.

I am only a meteorology enthusiast who knows a decent amount about tropical cyclones. Look to the professional mets, the NHC, or your local weather office for the best information.

I’d have to say both of our statements are correct lol. Getting our first big band here now. Let’s see if the lights stay on.

Worst case scenario: the anti-cyclone gets in front of the path.
See what happens.

Might as well buckle up for a long night. Florida storms always shock the world.

It's gradually been moving in that direction. Not sure if it will have enough time to make it all the way. What position do you think the anti-cyclone would need to make it to before it had a significant effect?

I know I’m not the expert or authority, but I think we can nearly count out a Miami-Dade landfall. However, Broward, Palm Beach, and all points north are fully in play.
