I am only a meteorology enthusiast who knows a decent amount about tropical cyclones. Look to the professional mets, the NHC, or your local weather office for the best information.

Agreed, the RI phase will likely have higher pre-peak intensities. I think 100 kt is reasonable for the peak intensity.

Ex-Epsilon is expected to be absorbed by another low. Weirdly, the low has no fronts.
