Haven't seen a thread for this yet so I'll drop this here. 0z GFS has a TS heading towards northern Africa of all places through hour 150...

I am in no way a professional. Take what I say with a grain of salt as I could be totally wrong. Please refer to the NHC, NWS, or SPC for official information.

HWRF and HMOM get this down to the 980s, either as a strong TS or a hurricane.

I am only a meteorology enthusiast who knows a decent amount about tropical cyclones. Look to the professional mets, the NHC, or your local weather office for the best information.

Hey, 2020 had the first confirmed subtropical storm to hit Portugal. Why not add a record first northern Africa TC landfall? Seems like Delta 05 2.0

00z ICON correctly initialized Theta at 1000 mbar and gets it down to 988 mbar.
