Fred actually caused a lot of trouble up in south central PA a few days ago. We got 5 inches of rain and also had a big tornado outbreak. I was looking outside just shocked at how crazy the circulation was all over the sky. Conditions were perfect right where I lived for tornadoes and we got a few lol

Delaware also had tornadoes, which is rather unusual for the Newark/Willmington area. (At least, it feels like we don't get them here, having grown up in MI....)
