Probably higher. If the last several years of Atlantic recon have taught us anything, this sort of super warm (>20C) eye as well as excellent symmetry is a strong indicator of a storm higher than the Dvorak technique would suggest. This sort of resembles Typhoon Nepartak of 2016 although this eye is a good 3C cooler as of last check. I’ll promise you next time we see a similar eye with a non-narrow CDO in the Eastern Pacific, I’ll point it out as a likely storm stronger than Dvorak intensity estimates would suggest.

This WPAC season is basically the 2007 Atlantic season. Most of the storms are relatively weak, but there's also some monster Cat 5's, with not much in between.
