At the end it has 03, so the SMFR should be discounted.
Based on the 52 knots and since they're flying so low, it should be 45 knots.

52kts is pretty impressive, but the center is hardly impressive it is has to be said, has a very poorly defined center despite what the Sat.imagery suggests. Probably enough though to upgrade.
