When are the next missions expected to inspect? (please state either Eastern or Central time, not Z time)

So if I read that right we should have 2 of them reaching Matthew shortly. But I really don't understand Z time

Zulu (GMT, UTC, it is all the same) is actually pretty simple once you learn it. Eastern Daylight Time is 4 hours behind Z...so take the time shown in Zulu, and subtract 4 hours from it. Later in the season, when Daylight Saving Time ends, Eastern time zones will be 5 hours behind Zulu.

Right now:
12Z = 8 am EDT

When DST ends:
12Z = 7 am EST

Looks like AF304 (Mission 12) turned around and returned to base. Will this mean no penetrations until morning?

It's just heading towards the hurricane so nothing important really happens.
