JMA has now downgraded Talas to a tropical depression--final advisory issued. Heavy rain will continue to be the main threat across the Indochinese Peninsula. Northern Thailand and Myanmar can see another 150-250 mm of rain over the next day or two. The remnant circulation should get wrapped into a deeper low already present in the Bay of Bengal.
