Budget cuts have mandated a bandwidth reduction for the floaters but the C130 is flying!
Recon probably could find west winds after that last little burst.

Looking at the latest satellite visible and IR I am not to impressed with 95 L. Seems to have lost most of the heavy cells, I would imagine it will continue to pulse until later this evening and blow up again.

Looking at close up visible from goes 16 https://weather.msfc.nasa.gov/goes/abi/ ... and02.html. you can cleary see the circ for a brief moment before the convection builds back over it. It jogged to nw briefly leaving the MLC slightly to ese. Looks well defined just very compact. Recon should find a TD.

:uarrow: Convection firing up again near that possible LLC, talk about the perfect time that the recon will fly into, could very well be a TD, IMO.

An area of low pressure located about 525 miles east-southeast of
Barbados is moving westward at 15 to 20 mph. The associated
shower and thunderstorm activity has changed little in organization
since this morning and the system still appears to lack a
well-defined center. Environmental conditions are conducive for
some development before the system reaches the Lesser Antilles late
Tuesday or early Wednesday. After that time, less favorable
upper-level winds are expected to hinder additional development.
Regardless of development, this system is expected to bring locally
heavy rainfall and gusty winds to portions of the Lesser Antilles
beginning Tuesday. An Air Force Reserve reconnaissance aircraft is
currently en route to investigate the disturbance.

Next couple of sets will tell us what is happening. Pressure field is not too bad so far pretty small though

95L is looking really good, I wouldn't be surprised if recon finds a TD
