For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. A non-tropical area of low pressure is expected to form next week
over the east-central Atlantic Ocean. Some subtropical or tropical
development of this low is possible by the middle of next week while
it meanders well to the southwest of the Azores.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.

Florida.
A non-tropical low pressure system is expected to form during the
next few days over the east-central Atlantic Ocean. This low
could gradually acquire subtropical or tropical characteristics by
the middle of next week while it meanders well to the southwest of
the Azores.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...40 percent.

Very unlikely.... Hard to find any close analogs. There's troughing which pulled Philippe OUT of the Caribbean.
