Looks like Nadine's center is getting exposed on satellite. Facing westerly wind shear.

Any chance this could briefly reach hurricane intensity?

Doubt it. Even if Nadine does become a hurricane, Michael will probably have weakened to a TS first.

What are the chances of Michael getting back up to Hurricane strength though so there is a still a slight chance of 3 Hurricanes at once again in October.

There are now two named storms - one a hurricane - east of 40W south of 30N. That has to be very rare.

Colors of lost purpose on the canvas of irrelevance

Not a meteorologist, in fact more of an idiot than anything. You should probably check with the NHC or a local NWS office for official information.

Yep, put a fork in Nadine. With rough conditions ahead of it, no chance of it regenerating at this point, and that's a good thing!!!
Any tropical systems developing from here on out will more than likely come out of the GULF or Western Carib.....

Just observing the satellite this morning; remnants of Nadine continue as just a low level broad rotation, heavily sheared. However, what remains of her is speeding W, and will soon be under more anti cyclonic flow associated with a wave that stretches NE of the islands. Something to watch in case her energy is absorbed into that system.
