If they wanted to name it based on a single Dvorak fix, they could've done so in the special advisory. 21 will need to show more proof to get a name IMO.

Boy Twenty-one is looking messsayyy. Polar opposite of stacked. Even I wasn't this messy at 21. .....oh wait I turn 21 in January. Maybe just scrap Vicky and name this Tropical Storm Ryan cause I know my 21st will be messy and I definitely won't be stacked cause I'll probably still be laid off

PS for those who may point out it should be a female name, Ryan is traditionally a unisex name, just watch the movie, Gravity.
