Question about replies

#1 Postby rainydaze » Sun Mar 02, 2003 11:22 pm

In some replies, a person will take part of another person's reply and put it on their post, which will turn up in a white box. Then they will be able to comment directly to that person about something they said. My question is....how do ya do that? Thanks, Marie, AKA Rainydaze1 :)

you just click on the quote button in the top right hand corner and this will take the post you want to include in your email and let you insert your reply and the quote from the other post.

Hope this helps.

I have an even dumber question....how would you include multiple quotes within one reply? I've seen it done but can only patch so much from other sources.

I fake it Rob. When I want to quote multiple sources I just copy the sections I want to quote and then hilight each section and hit the quote button. Then I just add the source information (poster, link, etc) right after the quote tag.
