This morning 93L looks very interesting, and fortunately, the RECON is going to investigate it. Let see what they find.

If the plane departed from St. Croix, it will be in the disturbance earlier than before expected.

I edited title to include ex TD27 as it seems that the old 27 center has joined the area and they may restart advisories on TD27 instead of TD28.

They found 40KT flight-level winds, which would be around 28KT near or at the surface.

They haven't found west winds yet. So no TC no matter how strong the winds are.
