There's a semi-permanent low down there. This complex is showing some good inflow(turning) on the early morning Visible sat loop. It may earn a Bear watching if it persist.

It(GFS) does on the last 3 runs anyway, bring a Weak low nw into Central America and then forms another weak low south of Cuba and moves it NE.
