That vigorous tropical wave has been very strangely deflected off of Culebra for today and so far this evening...a sailor friend says we are under the *Culebra cone of protection* which is just as good a reason as any other for how it all just went every which way but us!
Another reason to be glad Luis is back, for good explanations...I'm not real scientific but I do watch a lot :)
