The high risk areas on the maps indicate just that - regions with a greater chance of an impact. For 2013, I'd put the area from SE LA to the Carolinas at high risk, with a focus on Florida.

Accuweather is up at first post. Is in form of video and looks scary in terms of U.S landfalls.

AccuWeather.com says it has not officially released its 2013 Hurricane Season Forecast, and is going to release it on May 15.

That is part of his overall summer outlook. It is in his WeatherAmerica newsletter which you have to be a member of google groups to view. He told me that I could post the graphic.
