Either way, I enjoy that site. The paid version is $7.99 but I feel like it's more than worth it.

In Oklahoma City, the Highs were in the 70s with lows only falling into the 60s. It was stupidly warm!

It was shorts weather last year. Absolutely miserable for this time of year. I'm looking forward to actually feeling like Christmas weather this year! I'm one of the lurkers here, and I appreciate all the info you guys give on what may or may not be coming.

I do think the +PNA is coming b/c of how the Pacific is unfolding, but models have been trying to pop a +PNA and failing for a while now. If this trend continues, then I would expect to see the models back off on when the +PNA returns and, thus, pull the core of the cold back West. However, while the Pacific does seem to be trending towards eventually forcing a +PNA, things are chaotic enough out there right now that it wouldn't surprise me to see it fail to produce a +PNA this go round.

I think in the late 2 week to 3 week timeframe we may see another positive EAMT event.

The risk with that is the jet getting extended further and pacific air rush the country for 10 days before we pop right back to our regularly scheduled program. It’s not a high probability event but one worth watching in early January

That’s the thought. SSW starting late month into January and we have a fun end to January and February

I rode a jet ski with a Santa hat on Christmas Day. It was that hot! (but the water wasn’t )

I hope that was a once in a lifetime experience so I made the best of it, but I would wish for Christmas Day to never be above 40 again.
