Synopsis : At 2:00 p.m. today, a low pressure area (LPA) was estimated at 40 kms south of Puerto Princesa, Palawan (09.0ºN 119.0ºE ). Diffused tail-end of cold front affecting Eastern Luzon.
Forecast:
Eastern and Southern Luzon and the Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms becoming widespread rains over Palawan which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast and east will prevail throughout the archipelago and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
