The area of unsettled weather in the Eastern Caribbean has not gotten better organized this evening. It has the potential to develop into a tropical depression in the next day or two. An Air Force Reconnaissance aircraft is scheduled to investigate the system tomorrow afternoon.

Convection of any significance is just about gone, what is there is wll removed from the suspected center.

Just to make it quick,

If there is not center of low pressure, then there is no convergence in the lower levels, then any convection cannot sustain itself and therefore has to die. Then, diurnal maximum comes along, enhances convection, and you get a healthier-looking system.

No LLC = no convection can persist.

With the dirth of systems in 2007; people are latching on to any possibility.

I'm not too impressed either, however I do think this looks much better now than it did 3 days ago.

Actually Id say we see the first signs before then, as the sun is just now setting, and in about 2-3 hours things will start turning around...
