Did you catch the comment from Marcus - "That's not how I roll...." :roflmao:

I still chuckle at Marcus staying that line.....but at least he's friendly to Charlie. And amused by all the attention. We keep smiling because if he wanted to roll that way, all he has to do is give Charlie a certain look.....LOL!

Maybe Marcus is playing the game too - he'd be a fool not to turn down any friendship at this point.

It is amusing to watch play out, especially their little canoe ride. We all went - awwww, that's cute. LOL

Was watching some clips on CBS' official site that weren't broadcast on TV. Charlie basically goes on to say how lucky he is he got to go skinny dipping with Marcus.

Thanks Miss Mary. That was very enlightening! I couldn't imagine a 90 minute tribal council... I imagine we'd see a lot of :talk to the hand: ...

I thought it was an interesting article also. A while back we checked out two books about Survivor, written by Mark Burnett. While I wanted more info about the actual game, they didn't contain as much as this article did (in an odd way). The books were good, centering on the first few seasons and interviews with the contestants, but I still had a few remaining questions. Finally, they were answered!

Tonight's episode had a few surprises - so early into this season!

I'm enjoying this new season since I'm still a devoted Survivor fan but I don't have a favorite yet. And I always have a favorite by now!

So, who are your favorites? Anyone stand out in that Ozzie, Tom, Ian, or even that Jonny Fairplay way? LOL

The only one I cannot stand is Ace. He annoys the cr** out of me! LOL

Both tribes went to tribal last night!

Great episode.......don't want to post who went home until others have watched/posted.

It's fair when both tribes win/lose, eat well, etc. But it's kind of fun to watch a losing tribe, counting their rice, grain by grain, I must admit. And go all sour grapes on us too.....it makes it all more entertaining.

The one that annoyed me most last night was Susie - does she really think that no one else will build the fire and keep it going if she goes home? Silly opinion if you ask me......yeah, they're gonna let the fire go out because she's gone....LOL

yeah im enjoying this season. That part with the tribe thats down having to count each rice grain, grain by grain by grain, was eye-opening haha its so true even in real life, when things are going all good, we splurge... but when things are rough, we tend to count each penny, which brings me to my point... (and u thought i didnt have a point eh) haha the point is even though this show is a game, it is real life too.
which is why i love SURVIVOR.
Im loving this season a lot.

Stupidest decision ever today. Survivor's constantly changing, increasingly stupid, rules, like today's supposed merge, is fast losing me as a fan. Anyway, I'm no longer watching the rest of this season I think, since I wanted Marcus to win.

I agree - getting tired of the supposed 'shake ups'. Not sure I'll watch any more...

Great episode tonight - plenty of drama around camp and in the food auction. Not to mention tribal!

I won't post anymore until others have watched.

THAT was hilarious. I was dying laughing along with the rest of the tribe and the jury. I loved Sugar's speech when she voted and then Crystal makes hers so loud the jury can hear her...

One of the best TC's ever.

Yep - one of the best tribals ever - indeed!

Loved it when Sugar said loser.....too cute. Too funny. And very accurate! Randy had an attitude from day one. Can't blame it on the heat, lack of food or decent sleep. The man is just not nice!

Previews showed Bob explaining the fake idol to Corrine. That Bob, he's a sly one.....he has such an honest face and excellent work ethic. Who wouldn't believe him? LOL So if that preview is the way it is shown next week, Corrine will believe Bob and that Marcus pocketed a fake idol instead of letting it fall to the ocean floor. Which really is quite clever.

Between Bob and Kenny, either one could win and I'd be happy for them.

What a great episode!!!

Let's see......

That Bob - he BE the man!!! Quite crafty, quite clever, but oh such a threat. Watch your back Bob - I loved what his wife said in her first clip - paraphrasing - she said she hoped or knew he was having the time of his life in Africa. No whining about missing him or her needs, just his - what a true, kind lady!

If Bob wins this game, that would be awesome. He would be the oldest player to win, wouldn't he?

And spoiler, spoiler alert.....

Goodbye biotch Corinne, won't miss ya, you nasty, nasty girl! Her final comments - to be expected. Her little shoulder, head toss after she made her nasty speech, then her killer smile - well, we Survivor fans have your number. You're just nasty! And to think in the beginning I might have liked her. Ha! I do love how her little alliance broke down and one by one, they were sent packing....packing to the Ponderosa!!! (of which, note to self, I need to head over to the Survivor website to see clips of her arrival, she will be in a fine-fine mood, LOL!!!)

And Sugar - early on, you thought she was so naive, not very bright. Ha - think again!

Okay, next.......

I think Kenny made a fatal mistake by voting for Matty. The rest of the group will figure it out and if they don't, Crystal will probably throw him under the bus.
