Actually my doctor is trying to get me to eat more...tons more. Said ice cream and fat and fast food is fine at the moment. This is because I lost a bit of weight after surgery. I've always been thin, and have eaten this type of food, but as said, in moderation and with the fact I'm very active. It takes me over 4000 calories a day to even begin to gain weight. I get testing every month, so it is easy to track my body's reactions and prevent diabetes and more before they become a problem.

I too think that no regulation is out there that rightfully should be put in place to regulate what we eat. In fact, if people were more responsible, there would not be as much of this around.

Either way, I like the sound of the Baskin Robbins dessert, however, I don't know if I could finish off that entire thing anyway...not at one sitting.

BTW...chocolate chip cookies....now that's a whole 'nother thing.

Jason, I had a similar situation a long long time ago. Peanut Butter and Honey Sandwhichs have plenty of fat, protien, carbs and calories. And, it is cheap.

I havent been to the doctors for it because it sorta runs in the family, but I eat a TON of food in spurts for like a week during the month. I'm also active and moderately thin. I also eat smaller meals up to 5 or 6 times a day when it fits into my schedule. Although a thousand or two calorie treat is not out of the question especially when i'm on vacation.
