Well it looks like I may partially be wrong on one area. I fully think that Humberto will become a hurricane now after seeing it develop, and it is occurring the MDR.

I guess the point of my previous post is that the Gulf of Mexico is the most likely area to see such activity given what has happened so far. But that of course doesn't mean that it will have the first hurricane.
