Really great points
Aquawind and Barb great points! I agree with both of you. First off we all need a place to visit and vacation. I'm all for some resorts along the beach as long as the cost of rebuilding them doesn't come from the taxpayer. Second, responsible development is one thing but losing everything and selling out to a developer is another. I just hate to see the runaway development selling mostly to people who come here specifically to Florida and don't have any idea what the let themselves in for. I'd say if you can't afford to rebuild it don't buy it.
