Early riser, late riser, depends on birth time???
Moderator: S2k Moderators
I was born at 1:40 pm. I never really liked going to bed between 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm for junior high and high school.... and have gotten used to staying up late the last several years. I usually have no place to go in the morning so there is "real reason" to get up too early.

BILL! We were born in the same city! I was born @ 12:30 PM lunchtime and 3 months ahead of schedule at Barnes Hospital neonatal ICU, STL, MO in 1968. A nurse I used to work with in the ER came to KY from MO and had worked at Barnes-Jewish. She said the two merged sometime ago and brought me a t-shirt, mug, and frisbee from my birthplace.

From what I'm reading, there is *somewhat* of a relation between birth time and when you get up.
I think the reason I get up so early is the fact when I was a meat dept mgr. (20 years!) I had to be at the store around 0500 to pull the case (dark meat, out of date, rotate etc) before the store opened at 0600. I've TRIED dearly to sleep in, "IF" I sleep past 0530, I feel as if I've wasted the WHOLE DAY! NOW.....I'm in bed at 2000 (8 o'clock) and watch tv till 9 o'clock, any later than that "Phhft!" I'm SHOT for the next day! Our wedding anniversary is New Years Eve, in the 6 years Michelle and I have been married, we've made it to midnight ONCE "LOL!"

I was born at 2:30 pm. I like to sleep in until about 10:00 am or so. The only times I wake up earlier are if I have to go to work or school.
In the spring and summer, I am up early on days where I am excited about the prospects of severe weather
, just eager to see the new outlooks and forecasts.

Brian, I think that may be true for most of us here.

Good idea to check the older topics. Threads that relatively new to new members haven't seen may get responded to, to continue the discussion.
