Oh my!!!! I am Soooooo honored that my bar has made the list!!! It is a fun lil' dig eh? :wink:

I'm gonna go with the rest of the crowd and say PBS and Front Porch.....you really get to know everyone in there!

And of course we all know how much a fan I am of Poppysky and ANYTHING he types!

Jacki - you should be honored!!! 186 pages and counting! That's quite impressive. When I first stumbled upon the bar, I was impressed. I would think if we did a top 5 list, the bar would be in there. It would have to be.

I'll congrat you, seeing as how I mentioned it. LOL

LMAO thanks!! Even more impressive, that is the SECOND Storm2k Bar!! The first one was titled "For the ladies....and the Brave Men!" It got to be just about as big and then I started a new one...can't remember why but still going strong!

Others that should be considered are the various prayer threads, and those that dealt with my eviction last August/September...and the responses.

THOSE, above all, show the warmth, caring, sharing and compassion that makes Storm2K what it is...and says a LOT about our member "FAMILY"!

Hey Stormcrazy...I used to work at that bar...cleaning up after your all-nighters. Found a ton of money on the floor when daylight came, if I remember right!

As for a favorite topic...the Pot Belly Stove is the heart and soul of Storm2k...while there are dozens of other great threads that have become the lifeblood...stretching us in a lot of different directions.

I'm humbled that I would be considered a positive contributor here. I feel like I take more than I give...reaching out a lot during parts of this year.

I'll see what might be in store for the new year...maybe I can find ways to help bring out the best in some new folks who have not been around long... If I can be a catalyst in that way, I'll do my best.

Meanwhile...lets reflect on the year that is coming to a close and look with hope on the new one just over the horizon.

The PBS is great, but my vote goes to the storm2k bar. I am usually cooking up something good there, so stop by when you are hungry!

Jacki - I'm so glad your Bar is getting many mentions!!! But I need to mention not all patrons drink alcohol, and you do have someone firing up the grill quite a bit too. Yes Jacki's Bar serves very good food too - without all the calories. LOL I'm getting hungry just thinking of it all....... :-)

Ohhh, you remember right! I find me money all the time!! Job offer still stands! :lol:

The bar was a riot... the Pot Belly is a nice place to drop by for a few minutes...and anything Poppysky writes touches ones heart..so I can't really choose just one...hate to do the politically correct thing, but I like 'em all

Does my vote still count? lol I pick all 3 * grins * Oh yeah! I forgot the prayer warrior threads... those are some of my favorites too! And lets not forget j , outspoken and opinionated-love to watch him try to keep up with the impressive banter with Linda * giggles * He's met his match

For me it would be either the PBS or the Bar. Both places are where we all go to say hi or have a little fun which imo this site and for that matter should be all about. Yea i know not everyone will always agree but one thing we do all agree on is those two places where we set aside whatever differences we may have if any and say hi to eachother and have a little fun as well! And lets not forget the prayer warrior thread as well!!!!!!!
