What does it all mean in regards to the next snow event (if there is one) for North Carolina? Today's forecasted snow mix fizzled into simply RAIN :grr: and the kids had to go to school, etc. It sucked.

There's talk about another wintry mix (that looks like just more wet snow and rain dammit) showing up this Sunday. I want to know if winter storm season is over for the Piedmont, or should I be realistically anticipating another REAL wintry shot?

Paradox - I've been eyeing the models and trying to decide if they are predicting another storm - maybe Wednesday - tracking across Fl then up the east coast. It looks like some cold air may be dropping southward at the same time .. so maybe .. just maybe it won't be all rain.

However .. .I only understand about a 10th of the information presented on the models - so could be out in left field on this one.

-removed- for NC snow next weekend.
Praying for NC snow next weekend.
Willing to make deals with the devil for NC snow next week :-)
