You should consider legally registering "The Barometer Bob Show" as a trademark. That way, nobody can mess with you.......MGC

No because you had no intention of stealing anything. Or did you know that there was another Barometer Bob or Barometer Bob show. So you shouldnt have to do anything. People nowadays are being stupid because of copyright stuff. Kinda like the music business. Bands chose their name based on what they want. Then some other band with the same name clear across the country finds out and starts this huge war trying to get money and stupid crap. Its all about money anymore! I hate it. But dont change your name or anything because of what other people say. Stay urself!!
