You can disagree with the protestors, but as long as they are peaceful ( and that is a big IF) they have just as much right to be there as the pro-war peeps.

If we didn't have the "right" to protest, we'd be living in a country just like Saddam Insane's Iraq - get it? A dictatorship! You have every right to disagree with the protestors just like they and I have every right to disagree with you.

My whole point which I think you may have missed is: By virtue of utilizing their "right" to protest (I'm talking about specifically the law breakers here), they are not only costing the taxpayers 900,000 dollars a day, but they are indirectly putting me, you, your children, everybody more at risk because they are shifting our resources from protecting US to babysitting THEM!

That is true j... and everytime I have seen one of those "peaceful protests" on the news, those people are far from the letters P-E-A-C-E. IMO, those violent outbursts are people who angrily try to instill their beliefs upon me. They should all GET OVER IT!! One protestor threw acid on a cop!! What kind of American would do something like that, while at the same time be holding up a PEACE, NOT WAR sign.

I din't miss your point j - as I stated it is your right to object to the protestors. I think you missed mine - it is NOT unamerican to protest.
