Yahoo said that it missed a everything and hit the water. No damages or injuries reported. Now we can breathe a sigh of relief.

Well for the kuwaties it may not be a sign of relief because no sirens sounded and that is troubeling.

You are right...and the next one might not miss, IF there is a next one. Another troubling thought raised by one of the generals on CNN is the fact that this missile had to have been fired SOUTH of where coalition troops are now. Not good news at all... :o

And no patriots were fired to intercept it and that says the missele should haved flyed in a low altitude to not be detected.

I've seen the images, there has been damage and minor injuries. Yahoo has their heads up their a$$es as usual

Latest reports from MSNBC say that the missile may have been a Chinese Silkworm missile. The Silkworm is a cruise missle designed for surface to ship or surface to surface action. It has an approximate range of 95 km. This could explain why the Patriot batteries did not detect and engage it.

The Iranians have had Silkworm batteries for years but I've never heard of Iraq havign any. Something new for sure!
