Cape Verde, I think TLHR was actually speaking well of you. He doesn't want you to have to wade through a bunch of extra posts to find the important info that new people like you (or me, or others new to forecasting or storm watching, or those in harm's way) might need.
So ah, he was asking everybody to shaddap already so the newbies won't feel overwhelmed. Albeit in much nicer terms.
