There's a big eye trying to break out like Frances. Jeanne just can't pull it off yet...

There is no dry air entrainment, as you can see Jeanne pushing the dry air away. It was subsidence as I suspected.

This looks to be back breaker like Frances. Steve Lyons just mentioned that there were 40 mph gusts some 200 miles North of the center. This one is gona give us a good blow.
