Lets hope this pans out. I could use a good hard freeze here. Wonder if it will happen this far south.

Met. on Channel 7 Lake Charles reported tonight that "someone" in the deep south will have snow for Christmas. Didn't say exactly who or where, but interesting that they would mention it.

Seafood or Chicken?

I have an uncle-n-law in Bayou Gauche that is the KING of making Gumbo. He even won the gumbo festival in Bridge City a few times.
