curious development in jessica lynch story

I can tell everyone what CWO Ron Young Jr thinks about Pfc Jessica Lynch, because he expressed it well Friday evening. To him, she is a brave young soldier, a true American hero...and he and his folks are praying for her full recovery...and so is my family and I.

marshall...its not the public wishing for the gruesome details...its the newsroom directors. Not to bring up my former place of employment, but the NRD looked for the 'dirty details' that would possibly drag an audience in. This world is filled with the Bad and the Ugly, but the good doesn't show up in the media too often...its is the bad and the ugly that exist with NRD's.
Responding to Streetsoldier's question...my step-sister is PFC in the US Army Reserves, although she is only 17, she is moving up the ranks with the cadets. Ashley is a tiny little one, that is possibly the same size as PFC Lynch. Now, if it was Ashley that was a rescued POW, there is NO way that her rescue would turn into a book or a movie...it would take all her might, mouth (yes, I do mean mouth) and power to stop the media, but I have a feeling that all production would cease except for the paparazzi, whom would flock around the hospital like crows.
Leave PFC Lynch alone! She needs time to relax, mend and to be with her family...not to be flaunted by a school of sharks looking for a piece of meat lying around Reed Hospital.
