They are going very soon to fly over Honduras.I can imagine that they got the permission to fly over that country and not go way more far to then go down to Adrian..

Practicing my slightly rusty recco message reading skills ... :-)

97779 -- Radar is working (if it wasn't it would be "92229" I believe - never seen that one)

16254 -- Observation at 1645 Zulu, flying below 10,000 meters

51136 -- Thursday, flying in quadrant 1, 13.6 degrees north latitude

91808 -- 91.8 degrees west longitude, ... forget what these two digits mean - conditions IIRC

15200 -- altitude 1520 meters, forget what the last two digits mean

03023 -- flight level wind 30 degrees, 23 knots

16158 -- forgot what this group is ... temperature? doesn't look right ...

/2501 -- pressure - forget what "2" means, 850 millibar height?

40420 -- errr ... estimated surface wind, I think ... 40 degrees, 20 knots?

RMK -- no clue

AF302 -- AF reserve aircraft 302

0101E -- first mission on first storm in Epac

ADRIAN -- Duhhhh ... ;-)

OB 11 -- observation number 11

At link is the thread that shows the explanation about delays in putting out the data so if you see that the information is not going fluid you know why.
