we had a corporate colapse here a few years ago. The leading execs are still undergoing trials for their role in it.

I believe Jail time is warranted. Look at the money that people like employees, shareholders etc etc are out of pocket from just because of these executives

Enron is getting ready to emerge from bankruptcy, if they have not done so already. Or at least, that was the last that I myself had heard.
